This property on the Florida coast has been in the owner’s family for three generations. The homeowners used expansive gulf coast views as inspiration for its light and airy architecture and interior design. A seafoam blue-green palette, soft white walls, mirrors and expansive windows seamlessly integrate the home with its natural surroundings. Coffee colored 8-inch Rift and Quartersawn White Oak wide planks were chosen to run throughout the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living spaces. The rift and quartersawn cutting technique eliminated the cathedral or arched grain, leaving only straight lines of vertical grain.
